We are proud to working with this expanding tech business on an exclusive basis, helping them to recruit for a new Financial Director who will play a crucial role in the senior leadership team, shaping the finance function for the future.
You will have the autonomy to make the role your own, leading and developing the finance team, directing the strategic financial analysis for future planning and forecasting, as well as working on various projects as the company grows through future acquisitions.
This role requires a dynamic individual looking to make their mark, perhaps in their first FD position. They operate hybrid working, but you'll spend the majority of your 'office' time at the main office in Ipswich, and on occasion you'll also have to have a presence in their 2 other offices, so a degree of travel will be required.
