Robert Walters have partnered with a high growth manufacturing organisation, based in the heart of Berkshire, who are looking for a highly commercial Finance Business Partner/Analyst to join their expanding finance function.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the business, shaping financial processes and decision-making frameworks, and helping to build a best-in-class finance function from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the business, shaping financial processes and decision-making frameworks, and helping to build a best-in-class finance function from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders to establish robust project accounting practices
- Improve our cash flow forecasting with a focus on accounts payable
- Help embed financial controls and ensure alignment with internal policies and frameworks
- Support the creation of a procurement function to enhance supply chain capabilities
- Lead improvements in inventory and stock management data to support decision-making
- Contribute to the deployment and integration of SAP S/4HANA
- Assist in running the in-house payroll system
- CIMA or ACCA finalist or newly qualified, or QBE with relevant experience
- Experience working within a SME manufacturing environment is essential
- Proven experience in project accounting
- A self-starter attitude with a proactive and cooperative mindset
- Ability to manage and summarise complex data under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Confident in liaising with both internal and external auditors
- Experience running in-house payroll would be desirable but not essential
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA would be desirable but not essential
- Due to the nature of the organisation, all employees will be subject to SC Clearance. This requires individuals to have lived continuously in the UK for a minimum of 5 years
