Join Eaton and help power a more sustainable future. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Finance Business Partner to join our team in Worksop. This is a high-impact role focused on driving profitable growth and operational excellence through strong financial leadership and strategic partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to site and divisional stakeholders, building strong relationships to influence decision-making.
  • Drive financial performance by analyzing forecasts, actuals, and key business drivers to provide forward-looking insights.
  • Champion continuous improvement by refining financial processes, schedules, and reporting tools.
  • Promote financial stewardship by supporting cost control initiatives and improving forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Plant Controller to support all aspects of financial planning and analysis.
  • Be a visible presence across the site, ensuring Finance adds real value to the business.


Qualifications

  • CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous Finance Business partnering experience is desirable


Skills

  • SAP and Excel skills
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
