We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Finance and Admin Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.
As a Finance And Admin Lead You'll
- Manage financial reporting, including monthly results for the Sodexo IFM contract.
- Review and analyse site performance and provide variance analysis and commentary following month-end.
- Support the month-end close process and ensure adherence to Sodexo’s financial reporting timelines.
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with the Account Management team.
- Review P&L variance reports, post relevant accruals and prepayments, and maintain financial accuracy.
- Attend monthly finance review meetings and provide post-month-end analysis and follow-up actions.
- Work collaboratively with client Accounts Payable and Concur teams to resolve financial queries efficiently.
- Raise purchase orders for key suppliers and manage administrative finance processes.
- Highlight potential financial risks or issues that could impact contract performance.
- Produce ad-hoc financial and performance reports for Finance Managers and Account Directors.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in financial administration, accounting systems, and budgetary control.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven experience within a Finance Department or similar role.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Previous experience in the Facilities Management sector.
- Experience producing detailed reports and financial analyses.
