This is a fantastic chance to lead a large-scale integration between two industry-leading businesses. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex change. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving transformation, acting as the central point of contact for multiple strategic projects.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business capability and resource. This role requires oversight of all aspects of dedicated projects, setting timelines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.

You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure projects are achievable, well-planned, and successfully delivered in line with strategic priorities utilising your outstanding verbal and written communication.


Responsibilities


The Role:

  • Lead the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of multiple projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture to ensure change initiatives are embedded effectively into business operations.
  • Define project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using agile techniques to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track performance to evaluate successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Apply and continuously develop your leadership capabilities to influence outcomes and support others.
  • Develop delivery data using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
