We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with strong Power BI skills and experience in strategic planning within a field sales environment. You’ll be data hungry and confident in turning complex data into actionable insights, using these to inform and drive strategy and performance within a field-based sales role.

About The Role

In this key role as a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our field operations in Yorkshire, guiding a team of field sales execs. You’ll use data to inform decision making whilst coaching and leading your team to smash targets, all while ensuring that our customers are receiving the best broadband and telecom products on the market.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead a team of door-to-door sales executives across West and South Yorkshire, bringing our innovative broadband and telecoms products to local communities, primarily in the residential market.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of your teams’ KPIs in line with business goals.
  • Help to recruit a quality team, capable of converting sales and building a pipeline.
  • Be hands-on in the field, providing real-time coaching and mentoring to help your team hit and exceed their goals.
  • Train our trainees to become experts in sales, ensuring they help build brand awareness and drive our growth.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to drive success and improve performance in your region.
  • Keep the team motivated, informed, and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We want someone who’s got the drive, the passion, and the skills to lead from the front.

You should have:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (field, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales experience).
  • A proven track record in coaching and development, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Analytical with experience using data to inform decision making.
  • Strong Power-BI experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
  • A can-do attitude, a drive to succeed, and an unshakable work ethic.
  • A passion for delivering excellence, with attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Salary And Benefits

  • Salary: up to £34k including travel allowance, plus commission (OTE £50K+)
