Contract: Permanent - 30 Hours per week 5 days (Tue-Sat)
Expenses: Daily fuel allowance

Requirements: Must have a car and a valid driving licence. Must be comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands.

The Role:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple retail stores within your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning your results: Achieve daily sales targets, with full accountability for your performance.
- Reporting: Submit end-of-day sales reports to track your progress and successes.
- Customer engagement: Introduce customers to new brands and products, converting them into loyal buyers.
- Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to maximize your sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your client lead to ensure you're hitting targets and growing your sales skills.
- Previous sales experience is ideal, but if you have the drive and belief that you can sell, we want to meet you!
- Confident in using online tools for tracking sales and reporting insights.
- Highly motivated with a passion for achieving—and exceeding—targets.
- Resilient and determined with a strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented and driven by financial incentives.
- Enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about the products you’re selling.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve success.
