As a Field Sales Executive, Your Responsibilities Are

• Attend pre:booked appointments generated by your designated telesales colleague.
• Generate new clients through self:generated business development.
• Take a structured approach to the sales process to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
• There is a clearly defined career path ensuring the opportunity to advance into senior roles.
  
  

THE CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for strong field sales candidates with the following experience and attributes:

• A strong understanding of the sales process.
• A proven track record in field:based B2B sales.
• A very good closer. You must be able to ask for the order
• Be unafraid in gaining new business.
• A self:motivated individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets.

THE PACKAGE

Basic GBP30K, guaranteed to GBP60K in the first year

GBP90K OTE uncapped, Top earners do earn GBP150K +

Company car or GBP5,000 car allowance.

COMMISSION:Calculated each quarter on sales value generated:

0 to GBP200,000 5 Commission

GBP200,000 + 10 uncapped
