We’re Moto, shaping the future of motorway rest stops. Our Facilities Support Centre Team provides critical front-line support to 55 motorway services across the UK. We are looking for a dependable and proactive Facilities Support Coordinator to join our Facilities Support Centre team

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage ProNett helpdesk, balancing health & safety, business needs & budgets
  • First point of contact for facilities support in your region
  • Escalate urgent health & safety or business-critical issues
  • Ensure timely contractor visits & follow up on resolutions
  • Coordinate emergency 3-hour call-outs, keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Support regional engineers & build relationships with site managers
  • Review & approve quotations based on maintenance budgets
  • Handle asset management for catering equipment
  • Manage support centre emails & calls efficiently

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in facilities maintenance/helpdesk (ProNett is a plus)
  • A calm, level-headed approach & problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, teamwork & decision-making abilities
  • Customer-focused & inclusive mindset
  • Organised with attention to detail
