Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a compliance administrator to join our Driver Risk team.

About The Role
- Monitoring out of hours use for projects - seeing through from start to finish
- Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance
- Ensuring drivers remain compliant (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.)
- Taking Drive Care Complaints and dealing with from start to finish
- Liaising with drivers and third parties - Resilience in dealing with challenging customers
- Loading and dealing with NIP’s - Notice of Intended Prosecution
- Using Excel to run data for weekly/monthly reports
- General admin such as printing, laminating, scanning, cross-checking and shredding paperwork
- Administration experience.
- A knowledge of fleet processes
- Full competence of Microsoft excell, word and outlook.
- PC Literate.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- A great eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload and be able to work independently.
