Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on building fabric elements.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  
  

Shift Patterns

Core Hours:

• Week 1: Monday : Friday: 07:00 : 16:00
• Week 2: Monday : Friday: 07:00 : 16:00
  
  

Rota

• Week 3:
• Monday and Tuesday: 07:00 : 16:00
• Wednesday: 07:00 : 11:30 (1/2 day)
• Thursday and Friday: Off
• Week 4:
• Saturday: 07:30 : 19:30
• Sunday: 09:30 : 17:30
• Monday : Friday: 11:30 : 20:30 (On Call week)
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
• Excellent problem:solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work the described shift patterns, including weekends and on:call duties.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in building maintenance or related fields.
