We're looking for experienced trustees to join our Unit Management Team and help manage our charity from a strategic and managerial level.

As part of our Unit Management Team, you will support and shape our efforts and strategic direction towards growing our unit, recruiting new young people and adult volunteers and increasing our presence in the community.
Our mission is to launch every young person for life.

What are we looking for?
As an independent charity, recruiting experienced trustees is vital for us to continue our mission of inspiring young people to achieve their potential through challenge and nautical adventure guided by the customs and traditions of today's Royal Navy.
We're seeking trustees with previous experience in youth, nautical or education charities to join our Unit Management Team.
You'll work with our Unit Chair and the wider team to run our charity at a strategic level, using your experience to develop and deliver our strategy and engage with stakeholders.
Management team members, including trustees, must be elected/co-opted and may stand for re-election at each AGM.
