What You’ll Do
- Act as the confidential and personal Executive PA to the Managing Director, delivering high-level secretarial services that include organising meetings, minute-taking, and drafting correspondence.
- Be the vital 'front of house' contact, skilfully managing calls, documents, and ensuring efficient communication among stakeholders.
- Keep the Managing Director’s inbox organised by highlighting urgent emails and actions, helping streamline decision-making.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare documents in various formats, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in every detail.
- Play a key role in preparing Board papers and support major events, all while demonstrating the highest standards of customer service and responsiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities for administrative improvements, ensuring an efficient and effective office environment.
Who You Are:
- You possess exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth office operations.
- You have a proven track record as a PA/EA at the Director or Senior Manager level, and your experience equips you to manage multiple stakeholders effortlessly.
- Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, allows you to create polished presentations and reports.
- You understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity, always handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Your strong communication skills make you approachable and reliable, ensuring you connect effectively with both internal and external clients.
