Working as a temporary Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following duties
You'll be a proven Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with a proven track record of supporting Senior Management / Director level.

This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The anticipated duration is 1–2 months initially. There will be an opportunity to apply for the permanent role should you wish to. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 8.30 to 4.30pm, there is a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week. The role is paying £18.71 per hour.

Your new role
Working as a temporary Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following duties
- Act as first point of internal and external contact on behalf of the Executive Directors.
- Provide guidance and advice to staff on the views of the Executive Directors.
- To provide an effective link between the Executive Directors and their direct reports.
- Manage and maintain the Executive Directors complex diary and email account.
- Filter emails highlighting urgent correspondence and action enquiries on behalf of the Executive Directors.
- Manage on behalf of the Executive Directors, all face-to-face videoconference and teleconference meetings and travel itineraries, ensuring these are set up in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Manage the organisation of travel and logistics for the Executive Directors.
- Compose letters and emails for the Executive Directors on behalf of the organisation.
- Ensure all internal and external clients are treated with professionalism and quality, with enquiries and requests being handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administer external and internal meetings as required.
