The in-business Services Credit Risk team, which looks across the whole of Services globally, is looking to add an Execution Lead (C15) with regards to rebuilding and future-proofing its Credit Consumption and Credit Risk technology. This role is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a very high-profile, multi-year, transformation - both in terms of bringing all of Services' component parts together, following its foundation as part of the firmwide re-organization, as well as helping lead strategic designs and regulator delivery.

The in-business Services Credit Risk team, which looks across the whole of Services globally, is looking to add an Execution Lead (C15) with regards to rebuilding and future-proofing its Credit Consumption and Credit Risk technology. This role is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a very high-profile, multi-year, transformation - both in terms of bringing all of Services' component parts together, following its foundation as part of the firmwide re-organization, as well as helping lead strategic designs and regulator delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Helping design and lead Credit Consumption transformation in Services - including bringing platforms together, resolving issues & strategic direction
- Working through existing capabilities to identify issues / discrepancies, raising issues and guiding resolution of these
- Working across businesses and groups (e.g. Products, Technology, Credit Risk) to understand respective needs and deliver enhancements
- Help plan multi-year transformation & intermediate milestones within this
- Co-lead governance around this transformation, including updates to Services Exco level
- Be-/Become- expert in Services Credit Consumption & Credit Risk technology
- Leadership and transformation delivery
- Process re-engineering
- Technology understanding

- Credit knowledge / mindset
- Bachelor's degree; further professional qualifications / Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, including proven leadership & initiative / program delivery roles
- Significant experience in both driving change and strategy design
- Experience in one of: i) Technology; ii) Credit Risk. Experience / familiarity in both a very significant plus
- Knowledge and familiarity of Services products & businesses a significant plus
- Knowledge of Citi's and/or Services technology strongly desired
- Ability to balance business priorities & risk requirements, with a 'first line of defense' mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with key stakeholders and senior management
