As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing events that create meaningful connections between our clients and their audiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our events not only run smoothly but also achieve their sales targets. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to engage with attendees effectively.

About The Role
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing events that create meaningful connections between our clients and their audiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our events not only run smoothly but also achieve their sales targets. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to engage with attendees effectively.
Responsibilities
- Event Planning: Develop and implement event concepts, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all details align with client goals and budgets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create tailored sales strategies for each event, focusing on driving support and increasing engagement through face-to-face interactions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and train event staff, ensuring everyone understands their roles and the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and sales.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and target audiences, shaping event strategies that align with client objectives and enhance sales opportunities.
- On-Site Management: Oversee event setup and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and attendees while maximizing sales potential.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze the success of events by gathering feedback and sales data to provide insights for future planning and strategy refinement.
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage clients and drive sales.
- Previous experience in event coordination or sales is highly desirable; however, a passion for learning and a proactive attitude are equally valued.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances during events.
