IQVIA is seeking a results-driven European Sales Lead to spearhead regional sales strategy and execution across multiple European markets. This role will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving performance for pharmaceutical products on behalf of our client partners. Reporting directly to the Senior Director – EMEA Commercialization Business Unit Head, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial success across diverse healthcare systems and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for each European country, aligned with client brand objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing regional sales team, including first-line managers and field representatives.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and accountability across geographies.
  • Align sales operations with broader commercialization plans, including medical, market access, and regulatory functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IQVIA and client teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
  • Drive commercial results through coaching, performance management, and incentive structures.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Champion CRM adoption, data-driven decision-making, and digital engagement tools to enhance HCP interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical sales leadership roles across Europe.
  • Proven success in managing distributed teams and delivering commercial outcomes in multi-country environments.
  • Strong understanding of market access, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare dynamics in key European markets.
  • Experience with product launches, sales force effectiveness, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
