We’re looking for an Estate Services Manager to join our Greatwell Places team. If you have the experience and passion to help us achieve our goals and are highly proactive with a positive attitude, you might be just the person we are looking for so apply today!
This role is home based with a requirement to attend the office in Wellingborough a couple of times a month and up to 2 staff away days each year in Northamptonshire.

- Managing the delivery of a high-quality ground’s maintenance and cleaning service
- Leading and motivating a team
- Developing policies and procedures
- Co-ordinating with other teams and external partners to ensure a seamless service is delivered.
Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in the management of a team of operatives
- Experience in the delivery of a programme of toolbox talks
- Experience of ensuring compliance with safe systems of work
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
