The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Estate Manager to coordinate resources and manage a diverse portfolio of residential estates. This pivotal role will allow you to showcase your expertise in financial management, maintenance coordination, and client communication while providing exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
  • Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
  • 5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Encore operate a hybrid working model, for this role the requirement is 2 days in the office, 2 days from home and 1 day on site.
