The Faculty of Economics is looking to recruit an administrative professional to fill a 0.5 FTE post, working in conjunction with the existing 0.5 FTE postholder. To ensure continuous office cover, the working pattern for this role will be Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays, and Fridays. As office cover requirements may change from time to time, some flexibility will also be required.
We are seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented individual to provide support to the Teaching Administration Offices.
The Faculty welcomes applications from candidates with good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people.
Applicants must possess previous administrative experience and be competent users of standard software packages such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word). As well as, be educated to GCSE level grades A-C or equivalent / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent level of practical experience.
