We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Group. In this role, you’ll help enterprise clients make monday.com a mission-critical part of their stack, tackling high-scale engineering challenges across our platform. Your work will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and the success of our largest customers.

Please note this is a hybrid role based in our incredible London office in Fitzrovia, with 3 days per week on-site.

About The Role

You'll work with experienced and highly talented engineers who are passionate about what they do, using cutting-edge technologies in a data and impact-driven environment. We foster a culture of transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy.

Our engineering department is structured into different groups, each responsible for a critical domain within the monday.com product. With over 300 engineers, we operate in cross-functional teams, collaboratively defining, improving, building, and delivering features.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of talented engineers, defining the team’s vision, strategy, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Set and elevate engineering standards within your team and across the Enterprise group at monday.com.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver robust services and exceptional user experiences.
  • Play an active role in designing advanced solutions that push the boundaries of our platform.
  • Drive technical excellence while enabling rapid development and deployment cycles in a microservices and microfrontends environment.

Tech Stack

Node.js, React

Note: Prior experience with our tech stack is not required; we welcome people willing to learn.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven management experience.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven mindset, with a strong focus on users and business needs.
  • A strong sense of ownership, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term success.
