About The Role
Role Overview
To support in achieving business objectives through the proactive management of the Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) service across the account. You will be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of LEV services, acting as the escalation point for issues and ensuring operational excellence.
You will set the vision for operational delivery, continuously assessing and refining the scope of work to maximise system availability, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

About The Role

You will set the vision for operational delivery, continuously assessing and refining the scope of work to maximise system availability, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the management of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems across the client estate
- Ensure full compliance with COSHH regulations and HSG258 guidance
- Oversee inspection schedules, remedial works, and technical documentation
- Support design, installation, and commissioning of new LEV systems
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to site teams and contractors
- Deliver training and raise awareness of LEV best practices
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for audits and regulatory reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and safety culture
- A qualified LEV professional (BOHS P601 or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge
- Experienced in managing LEV systems in complex or regulated environments
- Confident in interpreting reports, making decisions, and advising stakeholders
- A clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
- Passionate about safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Comfortable managing contractors and influencing across teams
- Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards
