Our innovative Impact Partner Programme is a unique partnership model that enables major organisations— like leading banks and utility companies—to introduce their clients to our platform and services to help them on their sustainability journey, while providing valuable data to the Impact Partner for ESG & NetZero reporting.
We are now looking for a dynamic, highly motivated marketing manager to drive engagement within these partners, to play a pivotal role in delivering the success of this programme across the UK. This role blends marketing, events management, and stakeholder engagement—ideal for someone who thrives on creating meaningful connections and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Events Management
- Design and deliver a calendar of webinars and in-person events with and for our Impact Partners.
- Manage all aspects of event delivery—from planning, speaker liaison, and content development, to technical setup (e.g. WebinarGeek) and delegate engagement.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing, communications, and follow-up.
- Act as a confident ambassador for SaveMoneyCutCarbon at events nationwide.
- Brief and coordinate social media content to promote events in collaboration with the Digital team and freelancers.
- Develop engaging articles, guides, and bulletins for our Sustainability Hubs.
- Create compelling case studies (written and video) in collaboration with project teams and partners.
- Draft persuasive copy for campaigns, partner communications, and newsletters.
- Design visually engaging materials and presentations (e.g. Canva).
- Maintain and update website event listings and content via WordPress.
- Use HubSpot CRM to monitor leads, campaign performance, and partner engagement.
- Produce reports that demonstrate measurable outcomes and ROI from partnership activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners and clients.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure delivery of partnership objectives.
- Proven experience in events management and marketing.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior corporate stakeholders.
- Technically capable with experience using CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot desirable).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A creative thinker who can turn business objectives into engaging campaigns and events.
- Adaptable team player, proactive in problem solving and collaboration.
