The Role


We are looking for an Engagement Interviewer to join our team. You will contact employees who have recently joined or left our clients, carrying out structured, anonymous and unbiased interviews to capture their feedback. Interviews are conducted over the phone with responses recorded verbatim using call recording and transcription tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional phone engagement and exit interviews on behalf of clients.
  • Follow a structured set of questions while probing for meaningful detail.
  • Build trust quickly and represent ResourceBank with professionalism.
  • Treat participants with empathy, respect, and neutrality — even when feedback is difficult.
  • Maintain confidentiality and escalate sensitive issues appropriately
  • Capture responses accurately - review and tidy transcripts for clarity.
  • Keep clear, consistent records in Excel trackers (notes, dates, outcomes).
  • Manage your own diary, call-backs, and workload effectively.
  • Stay resilient during challenging conversations and ensure accurate, high-quality data collection.
  • Work independently while following structured processes and adapting if response rates are low.
