DVLA Enforcement Officer

We are looking for a DVLA Enforcement Officer to join our team!

What you will be doing:

• In this role you will be removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
• Liaising with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advising the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
• Working alongside other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA.
• Dealing with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
• Ensuring all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
• Completing daily reports regarding activities
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Customer focused
• Ability to work shifts
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
