DVLA Enforcement Officer
We are looking for a DVLA Enforcement Officer to join our team!

What you will be doing:
New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.

We are looking for a DVLA Enforcement Officer to join our team!

What you will be doing:
- In this role you will be removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
- Liaising with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
- Advising the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
- Working alongside other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA.
- Dealing with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
- Ensuring all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
- Completing daily reports regarding activities
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Customer focused
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
