The role of the Employment Advisor is to provide advice, guidance and 1:1 support for people who require support to move into employment accessing the Employment and Skills Hub. The ideal postholder will have excellent communication skills, which will allow for them to develop a range of close links with partners and employers to increase skills base, knowledge and employment opportunities.
About You
You will have the ability to develop a range of close links with partnership organisations. You must be customer focused and ideally have knowledge of employment policies, procedures and welfare services; including the ability to develop your understanding of local labour-market demographics; enabling you to work with local employers to match their needs to the abilities of individuals.
