Employee on Record (EOR) Consultant

We are representing a prominent Technology Services Provider, specialising in Professional and Managed Services across EMEA. With a team of over 500 consultants, they offer expertise in hybrid infrastructure, cybersecurity, Cisco solutions, modern engineering, telecommunications, and core systems.

Job Purpose

Seeking an Employee on Record (EOR) Consultant to provide operational support to their hosted clients and their resources. This role involves direct liaison with key stakeholders within their hosted clients, leading on onboarding and offboarding resources, engaging with global payroll partners, ensuring first-class customer service, and maintaining accurate data on our CRM (Mercury) system.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Foster client relationships and engagement, including handling commercial pricing submissions, approvals for new contracts, renewals, and change requests, and resolving candidate issues.
• Manage all hosted resources, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and liaising with clients and internal teams as needed.
• Handle administration processing on our CRM system, including extensions, amendments, and new placements.
• Collaborate with the commercial team for onboarding and work with international compliance partners to support hosted resources.
• Oversee the processing of timesheets, invoices, and expenses in line with client agreements.
• Ensure compliance with frame agreement guidelines committed to with clients.
• Provide support for purchase order tracking with clients and internal finance teams.
• Track and request updated documentation as needed to support ISO certification.
• Maintain accurate data on our company CRM (Mercury) system.
• Generate regular weekly and monthly tracking reports as directed by your manager.
  
  

Experience / Qualifications

• Relevant business-to-business operational experience (desirable)
• Account management experience (desirable).
• A Level education (essential).
• Proficiency in Spanish language (desirable).
