Mission
Our Emerging Debt department is a dynamic and dedicated team of six Fund Managers and Analysts based in London.
They manage over €2bn in assets, including hard currency, local currency, and corporate bonds.
To further strengthen our capabilities, we are actively seeking to recruit a Sovereign Analyst. This new team member will play a crucial role in enhancing our analysis and investment strategies in sovereign debt.
Responsabilities
Based in London, the Analyst job description will cover:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Political Science, International Relations, Sustainability.
Strong interest in developing a career in EMD HC or LC.
Preferably 3 years of direct EMD Sovereign Analyst / Economist and/or broader rating agency or asset management experience, with a proven interest in sustainable investing.
Experience at the IMF would be a plus.
Skills :
Strong analytical skills, structured, self starter, creative, motivated.
Team player.
Flexible, and open to change.
Works independently to achieve results.
Strong work ethic, dedicated and resilient.
Strong communication skills, , ability to create partnerships, trust-based relationships.

- Dedicated research coverage of around 25 - 40 EM sovereigns.
- Ability to identify and manage profitable investment recommendations in EM Sovereigns.
- Articulation of views via internal credit ratings, trade idea articulation
- Active participation in the monthly strategy committees.
- Communication of views to EMD Sovereign PMs and other external and internal clients.
- Support the investment process and business development across sovereign strategies.
