An exciting opportunity has arisen in our M&E Team within Three Sixty. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the Electrical Manager to ensure all Electrical compliance is achieved and deliver contract service requirements.

The main purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Electrical Manager to provide comprehensive support and ensure all electrical work complies with current wiring regulations and codes of practice, as well as assist and support the in-house electrical team and sub-contractors in the field, to promote safe working practices and high-quality standards.

You will manage a team of Electricians, conduct pre and post inspections to maintain consistent quality across all projects and liaise with the client and customers to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues. You will also be required to provide technical support where needed to resolve complex maintenance challenges.

Our ideal candidate will have...

  • A good knowledge of Health and Safety in the construction industry.
  • A current SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) qualification, or willingness to acquire this
  • Previous experience of the NICEIC QS role and an understanding of the responsibilities required for this role
  • Experience of managing an on-site team of electricians and contractors, with the ability to control team performance and productivity.

Please note a Full Valid UK driving Licence is essential to the role.
