What will you do?
This role involves both pre-planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery across two facilities. You will work on a range of animal feed processing equipment ensuring maximum up time on the plant.
Experience in both electrical and mechanical aspects preferable.
Tasks and responsibilities as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
Do you ever stop to wonder where your Sunday morning poached egg came from? Or the milk in your cafè latte? Or what about the sausage and bacon served with full English? What will you do?

Tasks and responsibilities as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Carrying out pre-planned maintenance tasks on all site machinery.
- Ensuring reactive maintenance is carried out in a timely manner to minimise down time.
- Active involvement in capital expenditure projects and continuous improvement projects.
- Communicating with all aspects of the production team to ensure all company safety, quality & environmental policies/procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining 5S standards in all work areas.
- Multi-Skilled engineer.
- That you have been in a supervisory role within a maintenance department.
- Nationally recognised apprenticeship or equivalent electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of and experience with electrical energy technology, PLC & Scada.
- Experience working with CMMS systems.
- Counter-balance FLT licence.
- A working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Full UK driving licence.
- That you are prepared to work in shifts for on-call duties and to travel to other sites.
