This vacancy would be suitable for a qualified social worker, occupational therapist or mental health nurse
If you are an experienced social worker, OT or mental health nurse, we would love you to join our team in the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service - PATH (Psychosis: Prevention, Assessment and Treatment in Hertfordshire). Our service users are people experiencing psychosis for the first time and we are committed to delivering personalised and meaningful care.
The role will be working in the East and North of Hertfordshire in a specified geographical area, based in Cheshunt.
We welcome applications from candidates interested in full time, part time, job sharing. We are committed to supporting flexible working options for staff, wherever possible, and welcome discussions on flexible working patterns to support our staff to maintain a healthy work life balance.
This role is a real opportunity to build and develop your leadership and delegation skills, as well as maximising the opportunities and support provided by working closely with colleagues, as part of a mini team.
In addition, you will also be trained as a family intervention therapist.

As a Band 6 Care Co-ordinator, You Will Be
Our ‘Caseload Mini Team’ workforce model is unique and highly supportive of collaborative working. You will work as the Leader of the Mini Team, working closely with a Band 4 & 5 colleague to manage the caseload together.

- working together with your colleagues to provide our PATH service in our Cheshunt Team
- cover a designated locality – not the whole county
- travelling less and work out in the community, both in people’s homes and our local hub buildings
- training as a family intervention therapist
