Salary: £125 - £180 per day (dependant on experience)

About The Role

As an ECT Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work across various secondary schools in Oldham, adapting to different classroom environments and building confidence in diverse settings.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere that aligns with school policies.
• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from senior staff, supporting your progression through your Early Career Framework.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff, making each placement a rewarding experience.
  
  

Requirements

• QTS or QTLS status (or currently completing).
• Genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons on short notice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
