About the Role

Our client is recruiting a Duty Manager to support daily operations and guest service at a stylish and service-led cinema venue. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and team leadership, looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Act as the main point of contact during shifts, handling customer queries and resolving issues.
• Maintain standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food & drink service.
• Support management in ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service leadership role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to venue success.
