About the Role
Our client is recruiting a Duty Manager to support daily operations and guest service at a stylish and service-led cinema venue. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and team leadership, looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Act as the main point of contact during shifts, handling customer queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food & drink service.
- Support management in ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service leadership role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to venue success.
