About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Document Controller to manage and oversee the flow of documentation within our projects.

In this role, you will establish and maintain efficient systems to handle critical documents, such as drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.

The role ensures that all project documentation is accurately tracked, distributed, and stored while meeting company standards and regulatory requirements. Your work will play a pivotal role in ensuring project efficiency, compliance, and successful collaboration among stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a basic background in administrative or document control roles, with hands-on experience using tools such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

You’ll bring a keen analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Foundational knowledge in areas like contract management, quality management, and governance is highly desirable, along with practical experience in document management, change control, and stakeholder communication. Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills are essential for success, as is the ability to support and engage with project teams to uphold document control standards.
