Your Journey as a Divisional Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute brand-specific marketing strategies that align with OEM campaigns and local business needs, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

  • Plan, manage, and execute impactful events, from product launches to customer engagement activities, ensuring each one leaves a lasting impression
  • Support the Divisional Marketing Director, stepping up to lead when required and providing strategic insights that elevate marketing efforts across the division

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within the automotive or retail sector
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day tactical execution with long-term brand building
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’re as comfortable presenting campaign results to senior leadership as you are coaching your team to reach their potential
  • Analytical skills to assess marketing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive growth
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and social media platforms, with a knack for creating compelling, on-brand content
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach – you’re always looking for ways to innovate, improve, and exceed expectations
  • A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to be part of a team that’s shaping its future

At Lithia UK, our growth is powered by our people:
