We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Global Services & Lifecycle Marketing to join our team. You will commercialize our global service and lifecycle offerings, driving preference, recognition, and revenue growth. Your role includes developing and executing strategies to promote Elekta’s services, integrating them into our broader value proposition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Building strong customer relationships to tailor our offerings will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with proven experience in global marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sectors. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential

  • Develop and execute market strategies, market segmentation, and marketing programs for Elekta’s services and lifecycle offerings.
  • Drive recognition, preference, and revenue growth for service and lifecycle offerings.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the Installed Base and develop campaigns reflecting global service strategy and regional needs.
  • Partner with the Head of Service Sales and regional Service Sales leads to create marketing strategies to grow service revenue.
  • Manage the Elekta Care brand, ensuring consistency within the broader Elekta brand.
  • Integrate services and lifecycle offerings into the broader Elekta story to enhance the overarching value proposition.
  • Track service contract penetration rates and selling prices to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies to drive the growth of the service business.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new value-added services that complement Elekta solutions.

What You Bring

  • Master´s or Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, sales or technical field
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, or a similar domain with large capital products, solutions, and services.
  • Proven track record in creating marketing strategies and commercial product or services offerings that generate results
  • Sales experience is desirable though not essential
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel, up to 25% travel may be required
