About The Role
We're redefining veterinary software with Provet Cloud — a market-leading, cloud-based practice management system. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Director of Enterprise Delivery to lead our global enterprise implementation team and ensure the successful delivery of our platform to enterprise clients while maintaining strong project profitability!
Reporting directly to the VP of Professional Services, the Director of Enterprise Delivery will drive profitable delivery of enterprise implementations, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead a global team of Enterprise Implementation Specialists across multiple markets.
This role owns the financial performance of all enterprise projects and serves as the bridge between commercial teams and delivery teams, ensuring all work is properly scoped, contracted, and executed to the highest standards.
You will bring a data-driven mindset to resource forecasting and project management, using KPIs to guide strategy and execution. Your leadership will be key to scaling our enterprise delivery capabilities while maintaining exceptional implementation quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead and manage a global team of Enterprise Implementation Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Own the profit margins of all enterprise implementation projects, balancing resource allocation with commercial requirements
- Coordinate with commercial teams (Key Account Managers, Sales) to ensure all enterprise work is governed by appropriate statements of work and commercial agreements
- Develop and maintain accurate resource forecasting models to ensure optimal staffing across multiple concurrent enterprise projects
- Implement standardized delivery methodologies that can be scaled across enterprise clients while accommodating unique customer requirements
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex enterprise implementation challenges, providing expert guidance and resolution
- Develop and monitor KPIs that align with profitability, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure seamless enterprise implementations
- Establish best practices for enterprise implementations that drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across all regions
- Proven leadership experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Implementation, or Project Management within SaaS or Healthcare technology environments. Veterinary industry experience is a plus
- Track record of delivering complex, high-value enterprise software implementations on time and on budget
- Experience managing P&L responsibility and driving project profitability
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, distributed teams with clarity and high performance standards
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in scoping, estimating, and pricing enterprise implementation services
- Excellent resource planning and forecasting capabilities
- Confident communication skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Data-driven decision-making approach with the ability to leverage KPIs to guide team performance and project outcomes
- Experience coordinating with commercial teams to ensure proper commercial coverage for all delivery activities
