Digital Skills Advisor

Insight Gloucestershire works to reduce the impact of sight loss, supporting blind and partially sighted people across the county to lead independent lives and to secure equal access to services. As Digital Inclusion Lead you will lead on the implementation of our technology support service.  

Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Digital Advisor to take a lead role in providing our technology support service for people with sight loss in Gloucestershire. This will involve training and managing a team of volunteers, leading small group sessions, and providing one-to-one training.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing information and guidance
• Experience of working in a caring profession
• Using a range of digital tools for communicating, collaborating, managing information, accessing services, and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary £25,750 (pro-rata)

Part-time (21 or 28 hours)
