Digital Marketing Manager

At Liqueo, we were established to break away from the outdated consultancy model. Specialising in asset and wealth management, we believe people are our greatest asset and we pride ourselves on attracting the industry's best talent.

In addition to hiring top talent, we also invest in all our employees through a generous training and development budget. We want our people to continuously improve their skills and knowledge so they can provide impactful solutions across the business.

Join us at Liqueo to be part of a team that’s not only recognised in The Sunday Times Hundred as the tenth fastest growing company in the UK but, more importantly, recognised with the Sunday Times Best Place to Work list. You’ll see why so many people have chosen to grow their careers with us.

Our Mission

Our magnetic culture attracts the industry’s best experts, creating a hub of collaboration, expertise, and genuinely nice people. Together, we’re defining a new era of consulting. Our Vision To raise expectations of consulting for asset and wealth managers globally and to inspire clients to expect more.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead the digital strategy across Liqueo. You’ll own the day-to-day running of HubSpot, reporting, paid and organic campaigns, and website optimisation.

We're looking for someone with initiative, commercial awareness, and a best-practice mindset. Someone who can hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas, and make life easier by confidently managing the digital side of marketing end to end.

You'll also collaborate on content creation — working alongside subject matter experts to develop high-quality, audience-relevant content.

Ideally, you're someone who understands the nuances of marketing in asset and wealth management (or at least professional services) and can apply this to both UK and US markets.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Own the planning, setup, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns across email, paid social, and web.
  • HubSpot: Manage the CRM, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Website & SEO: Drive improvements across our new WordPress site, working on CRO, analytics, and SEO optimisation.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with consultants and subject matter experts to create thought leadership and campaign content.
  • Digital Best Practice: Bring ideas to the table around tools, tactics, and trends — helping elevate our approach and outputs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness and share insights to guide ongoing strategy.
  • Data Ownership: maintaining database hygiene, ensuring GDPR compliance, and driving data segmentation/accuracy to underpin marketing and sales efforts.
  • Lead Nurturing: Optimise lead flows and nurture journeys to support marketing qualified leads and sales alignment.
  • US Market Awareness: (Nice to have) Bring knowledge of the US financial services audience, marketing preferences, and channels.

We're looking for individuals who have experience with Hubspot and a B2B environment.

You'll get the opportunity to work in a fast paced and exciting environment where we embrace a culture of continuous improvement, finding genuine satisfaction in both gaining & sharing knowledge!

We support development through thoughtful coaching, a training budget and personalised opportunities, fostering an environment where personal growth becomes 2nd nature!

Based mostly remote, we're just looking for someone who is willing to travel to London on an ad-hoc basis for collaboration days!

Embracing Diversity and Inclusion We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, or gender identity, or any other basis as protected by applicable law.
