What will you be doing?

As a highly motivated and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the digital tools and platforms with our division. This role will involve researching new digital solutions, managing vendor relationships, launching and training the team on digital tools and ensuring successful adoption. Additionally the role will support to the launch of various digital projects including website enhancements, customer portals and marketing platforms.


This role requires close collaboration with Global marketing team, commercial teams to ensure the seamless adoption of digital tools. The Digital Marketing Executive will also work in alignment with the Information Systems (IS) team, contributing to the broader Digital & IS strategy and roadmap. By ensuring that digital projects and tools support the overall business objectives.


Key objectives in your role as Digital Marketing Executive include:

  • Support the execution of digital projects related to the company website, customer portals, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and rollout of digital initiatives.
  • Conduct testing and provide feedback on new digital tools and features prior to full deployment.
  • Research, assess, and recommend new digital platforms and technologies to support marketing objectives.
  • Utilise and support a range of digital tools (e.g., iPaper, HubSpot, Rebrandly) to enhance marketing performance.
  • Assist with the update and management of CMS platforms, including website content, landing pages, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency and user engagement across all digital platforms.
  • Evaluate and liaise with vendors to select, implement, and onboard the best-fit digital solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee successful onboarding and integration of digital tools.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of digital platforms, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and workshops to support internal teams in tool usage.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot digital tool issues.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on tool adoption, user engagement, and barriers to implementation.
  • Track website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot), identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on key digital marketing metrics such as conversion rates, traffic sources, and user behaviour.
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize digital platforms and enhance user experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to support digital transformation and efficiency.
  • Analyse performance data from digital tools to drive continuous optimization and innovation.


What do you need?

  • Minimum 3+ years in Digital marketing, marketing technology or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, website management, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in vendor management, digital tool evaluation, and technology adoption strategies.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical tools in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve digital tool usage.
