About The Role
Quality Compliance Specialist
Hull, Hybrid Working

You will be a talented innovator with a Quality Compliance mindset focussing on protecting Reckitts GxP regulated computer systems. You will provide Quality System Ownership over multiple Global GxP regulated computer systems supporting R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory processes.
As a Systems Quality ambassador you will champion Computer Systems Validation (CSV). across new and existing business applications. Provide ongoing confidence that Reckitt computer systems are managed and maintained to the right level proportionate with risk and impact. You will approve key validation deliverables from a Quality perspective and be responsible for ensuring testing coverage is appropriate and documented.

About The Role

Your responsibilities
Business Relationship:
- Establish effective partnership with Reckitt Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and IT&D Product Teams to ensure CSV and GxP processes and related procedures are in alignment with Quality Policies and SOPs.
- Establish effective partnership with IT&D Product Mangers and provide Quality support to GxP regulated software.
- Provide CSV advice, guidance and training to strengthen CSV knowledge within IT Product Teams and related project members.
- Be responsible for key validation documentation through your Quality approval of risk assessments, plans, reports, toll gates and testing defects.
- Work with project managers to aid delivery of validation activities within implementation timelines.
- Ensure timely issue escalation to Senior CSV Manager for any activities which may compromise quality of system or introduce a risk to manufactured product quality or consumer safety.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews for GxP systems in scope, including, User Access Reviews, system Periodic Reviews and Data Integrity Reviews. Manage and report any findings through the deviation process.
- Lead and conduct Risk Assessment throughout the Products Lifecycle from vendor assessment, functional risk assessment, Data Integrity assessment and Change assessment.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Science or equivalent
- Experience of GAMP and regulation such as FDA 21CFR Part 11 would be advantageous.
- Experience of writing or reviewing validation protocols or other documentation supporting the products compliance.
- Ability to work within a team and to manage own workloads.
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate favourable outcomes senior leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
- Experience using electronic testing systems and applying technical writing best practices.
