About the Role



This is an opportunity to join Once For All as a Digital Marketing Assistant, based in our Basingstoke office. You will work as part of a growing team, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, with a key focus on supporting our website operations and social media campaigns. This is a office based role with the possibility of hybrid working in the future.



Responsibilities



  • Support the Digital Marketing team in their day-to-day activities, particularly web-based campaigns.
  • Assist in the operational management of the company websites, including content updates, development/design, SEO optimisation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Brief and coordinate with our in-house designers to deliver engaging digital content.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of key digital and social media projects.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on web and social media campaign performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver planned and ad hoc digital campaigns.
  • Create and manage webpages for events and partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team on various tasks and projects.



Qualifications



  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow in a marketing-focused role.
  • Some prior experience or relevant training in digital marketing (e.g., internship, marketing degree, or related role).
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as CMS platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
