We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Account Executive to join our team. As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising client paid social media campaigns, as well as implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a strong understanding of SEO, meta data optimisation, and campaign management across social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms, namely Facebook and Instagram. Scope includes campaign plans, audience research, asset recommendations, ad copy writing, campaign building, ongoing management and optimisation.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO improvement.
  • Optimise website content and meta data to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as sales, leads, CTR and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to senior account managers, account managers and clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to align social media and SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in paid social media advertising and SEO techniques.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to outperform competitors.
  • Communicate with clients to present campaign findings, discuss plans, and gather feedback, with support from senior team members.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimise ad creatives and targeting for improved campaign performance.
  • Complete paid social and SEO audits and recommendations for strategy and improvements. Ability to interpret briefs and objectives, independently manage access, analyse and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO, ideally agency side.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics (advantageous if GA4!), Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimising paid social media campaigns using advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads. Experience managing for lead generation and e-commerce businesses.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
