Role Overview
We are hiring a Mechanical Development Engineer to design and support high-integrity industrial steam and fluid control products. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Mechanical Development Engineer to design and support high-integrity industrial steam and fluid control products. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
- Delivering design work for new products, updates, and field support.
- Ensuring designs meet technical, cost, and compliance targets.
- Conducting feasibility studies and select optimal solutions.
- Adapting local designs for global compliance.
- Evaluating and integrate supplier components.
- Leading structured root cause analysis and resolution.
- Supporting technical reviews and problem-solving.
- Maintaining drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Applying simulation and validation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).
- Preparing specifications for testing and manufacturing.
- Mechanical/electromechanical design for steam or fluid systems.
- Experience with valves, regulators, flowmeters, and similar equipment.
- Use of simulation, prototyping, and validation in design.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and production integration.
- Supplier evaluation and quality assurance experience.
- Contributions to engineering best practices and standardization.
- Demonstrate Company Core Values at all times.
- Possess strong CAD skills (3D and 2D).
- Be proficient in FEA, CFD, and simulation tools.
- Be familiar with PED, MD, ASME 31.3, and ASME BPV standards.
- Be analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and testing processes.
