£15.56 per hour (£30,342 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours
37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).

Driving Requirement
A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.

- Hold a level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to undertake.
- Statutory guidance & CQC regulations exposure.

- Effective verbal and written communication and able to produce written reports.

We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our team. What will you be doing?
- Management Responsibilities: As a Deputy Manager, you will assist the service manager to ensure that everyone receives high quality support, the people we support and the team supporting them. These will include rota management, staff supervisions, training new team members, leading, and supporting the team to complete support plans and risk assessments.
- Partnership Working: Primarily with the people you support, their families and our specialist support teams as well as external agencies, you will champion skilful interactions, person-centred planning and partnership working.
- Creativity and Planning: Planning and implementing professionally designed support plans that genuinely improve the quality of everyday life. You will demonstrate sound judgment and creative solutions.
- Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
- Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
- Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
- Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holiday’s, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
- Respect & Dignity: Ensuring that the individuals and their families are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
- New Business Referrals: Assisting the Business Development team with assessments for new people to support.
