An exciting opportunity has arisen to for a project manager to join the Demand and Continuous Improvement Team within Corporate Services. The team carries out a range of demand reviews to assess current and future demand in support of the force priorities.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing demand projects, facilitating workshops, and analysing qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions for understanding our capability, demand, and resourcing. The post holder will be required to use bespoke analytical and modelling software products to model demand for a broad range of policing areas.
We are looking for candidates with experience of analysing complex data, excellent problem solving, IT, written and verbal communication skills and good organisational skills.
