A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Delivery Material Planner, you will be the key connection between our suppliers, production teams, and service operations. Your role ensures that essential parts arrive on time and in full, keeping our production and after-sales teams running smoothly.

Each day, you'll monitor delivery performance, forecast demand, and take proactive steps to resolve any potential delays. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate material flow, troubleshoot issues, and help us maintain excellent customer satisfaction across our service operations.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Own the forecasting and delivery planning process for key service parts across build, test, and repair operations.
  • Liaise daily with team members across production, procurement, and logistics to ensure parts arrive on time and delays are minimised.
  • Use your knowledge of SAP and MRP systems to maintain material availability and support efficient inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Apply your analytical skills to monitor trends, assess stock levels, and drive improvement in on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
  • Contribute to the development of smarter, more digitalised material planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in material planning, logistics, or supply chain coordination (typically 5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of material flow, production support, and service parts logistics in a manufacturing or repair environment.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP, MRP systems, and Material Master data.
  • Excellent coordination, prioritisation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of issues, while also being a team player.
  • Experience managing delivery performance and working to tight timelines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, continuous improvement, and digital tools is an advantage.
