About the Role
As HR Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to operational leaders across our care services based across Lincoln. You'll provide people related solutions to business challenges, being the expert on enhancing culture and solving business challenges through people focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- As a true business partner, you will develop a strong relationship with our leaders partnering to drive workforce planning, engagement activities, and talent development strategies.
- You will be solution focused in solving business challenges whether that be retention or cultural, you will be primed to think outside the box.
- To deliver excellence you will support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives acting as the linchpin to embed new ways of working across your business area.
- Take accountability for leading and contributing towards the people strategy within your area. Ensuring initiatives are well embedded.
- Data analyse will play a key part of your role, analysing trends and producing data to inform strategic decision-making on a regular basis.
- As the subject matter expect for your area, provide ad hock support on complex employee relations matters, performance management guidance, and organisational change.
About You
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent HR experience
- Ability to form strong and trusted relationships to enable partnership excellence.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in the care or health sector
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong ability to commercialise HR practice into people focused solutions.
- Empathetic and resilient, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to balance operational delivery with long-term people strategy
- Passion for the values and mission of the care sector
What We Offer
- A salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
- A car allowance of £3,600 per annum.
- Annual holiday entitlement of 35 days per annum inclusive of bank holidays.
