In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping, delivering, and evolving Digital Workplace Experience service offerings to ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes through people-first technology strategies.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Workplace Delivery Manager, You Will
- Oversee and support presales activities, working closely with account managers, solution architects, and clients to articulate the value of user-centric workplace solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, educating internal teams and enabling the wider business to better position and deliver new advisory services.
- Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the Digital Workplace portfolio
- Maintain and grow strong customer and partner relationships, ensuring excellence in service delivery, engagement satisfaction, and ongoing customer loyalty.
- Represent and promote the Workplace Experience brand, both internally and externally, enhancing visibility and impact within the market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to presales, sales, and delivery teams to ensure service design and execution are aligned.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advance digital workplace initiatives, improving user experience and productivity.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective service transition throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive continuous improvement of advisory offerings, tools, and delivery methods.
- Proven experience delivering digital workplace, end-user computing, or modern work advisory services in a customer-facing or consultancy capacity.
- Strong understanding of user-centric methodologies and frameworks such as persona mapping, XLA design, and adoption/change management.
- Experience in a presales or enablement role with a focus on modern workplace transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable service solutions.
- Security clearance (or willingness to obtain) is a requirement for this position.
