Role Overview:

Strategic alignment

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate initiative-level roadmaps that align with overarching company goals.
  • Actively identify, manage, and communicate emerging blockers, delays, and delivery risks to ensure momentum is maintained.
  • Translate high-level business goals into deliverable milestones with clear accountable leads.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to leadership on delivery health, risks, and opportunities within the area of responsibility.
  • Partner effectively with the extended leadership group, providing visibility and creating confidence in our delivery capabilities.

  • Lead mission-driven agile teams, ensuring seamless execution and successful customer roll-out.
  • Facilitate effective agile team rituals (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring adherence to XYB delivery framework and prioritising clear communication.
  • Act as a delivery coach and unblocker—enabling high performance, continuous improvement, and proactively managing risks and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on team velocity, blockers, and systemic delivery friction, driving timely resolution.
  • Own the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software, ensuring stable releases and excellent user experiences.

Product Operations & Tooling

  • Champion, and actively support in continuously improving our product delivery frameworks, process governance, team rituals, and best practices in line with our Operating Model
  • Actively identify, design, and implement necessary processes to lay a strong foundation for efficient and scalable product operations.
  • Ensure tooling and practices (Jira, Confluence, etc.) serve cross-team transparency, delivery forecasting, and planning.
  • Own and evolve templates, dashboards, and practices.

Partnership in Discovery & Definition

  • Act as a key partner throughout product discovery and solution definition phases to ensure initiatives are set up for successful delivery.

What we are looking for:

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (5+ years) successfully leading and shipping products through multi-team agile delivery in complex, tech-driven environments, demonstrating a strong track record of driving initiatives from concept to successful customer outcomes.
  • Proven ability to reason about trade-offs, capacity, prioritization, and manage complex dependencies.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional planning and retrospectives with senior stakeholders.
  • Operationally rigorous: you systematize what works, and can scale good practice across teams; experience in building and refining processes is key.
  • You’ve ideally worked in fintech, SaaS platforms, or other high-regulation domains.
  • Demonstrable experience in product operations, including process design, implementation, and tool improvement.
  • Strategic and holistic thinking, with the ability to connect detailed execution to broader business objectives.

Mindset & Capabilities

  • High EQ facilitator with strong influencing and leadership skills—trusted by delivery teams and executives alike.
  • Bias for clarity and action: you synthesize complexity into structured plans, shared understanding, and drive towards goals.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal), prioritizing transparency and effective stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity—pragmatic, not dogmatic about agile methods.
  • Curious and tech-savvy: able to converse fluently with engineers, understand product architecture, and possess a keen interest in AI.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML teams or platforms—especially in productionizing AI features or services.
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment (e.g., financial services, DORA).
  • Prior experience building or scaling product ops functions.
  • Background in product discovery/definition roles, showcasing partnership capabilities.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base Salary + Equity
  • Comprehensive benefits package designed for global team members
  • Opportunity to be part of a high-growth fintech redefining financial services
  • Clear career advancement pathways within a rapidly expanding organization
  • Collaborative, innovative culture that values initiative and fresh thinking
